5 Important Question and Answers will ask by the Interviewer

1. Why will hire you even though don’t have experience or knowledge of our work?

This question will arise from general aptitude test basically this test will conduct by written mode where you can find some objective questions and you should give the answers to those questions but in some cases, the interviewer will also ask some questions based on general aptitude test and the one major question is “why will hire you even though you don’t have experience or knowledge of our work?”
Basically, this question will ask from both experienced as well as a fresher candidate because everyone doesn’t know the work culture and work procedure of new companies because most of the things are completely new even though experience candidate will also have less knowledge about those new companies because every company has different work scenario.
Answer: This is psychological pressure applied by the interviewer he already knows that none of the candidates have knowledge of new companies but he wants to see the confidence level of experienced and fresher candidates so you need to reply smartly.
So you don’t need to deny their questions just say that “even though you don’t have complete knowledge of this organization but you have the right skill and good basic knowledge of the work process which is desirable by your job description and I am eager to learn new things from this organization and I believe this is the good platform for your professional career where I can show my skill and hard work.”

2.  Knowledge of drafting and layout printing

This question is related to technical and practical tests where the interview will give you some part or sheet where you need to draw the design on your skill-based software.
So this is a major problem it will come by every design candidate, they can design easily but in the end, they are not much aware of how to set his drawing on layout Set & how to provide dimensions tolerance and related notes on printing layout sheet.
So basically, you need to make sure that you have already get practice at your home before going for an interview and be confident that how you can set your design layout with tolerance dimensions and relevant notes so that interviewer can check your drawing professionalism.
And the truth is that even though you have great knowledge of 2D and 3D design but if you are not able to represent your skill on the sheet then this will not be accountable.

3.  Do you have knowledge of different CAD modules like simulation, motion study and apart from desirable skill

In most of the cases if you went for or Solidworks, AutoCAD, or other 3D design software job and the company is currently using like sheet metal domain and surface domain or mold design, any one of these but they ask for the extra skill they want to check do you have some different skills which will be helpful for his organization in future.
In this situation you don’t need to say no even though you don’t have knowledge of those skills, just say “you are still learning the skills and definitely I will be confident in few days” or if you have already knowledge of these then you can directly say “yes and you have also done some projects on those CAD modules”.

4. If we will assign some different work apart from your skill then would you like to do those work?

This is a very common question asked by the interviewer he wants to understand your mindset. He wants to know if the company has some extra work apart from your skill then will you be able to do those work or not so in this situation you also need to reply smartly.
You can say “yes definitely I will do those work and it is also beneficial for my skills because I will learn some extra skills from this organization so I will definitely do those work but those skills and those works should be accountable to my KRA”.

5.  Will you leave this organization when you get complete knowledge and enough experience just in 1-2 years.

This question is related to the HR round and it is a very important question asked by the interviewer they want to know the stability of the candidate that’s why they ask such a kind of question but you need to answer smartly.
You can say “definitely you will not leave in the short term even though you get all experiences, skills, and knowledge from this organization. Instead of leaving, you will try to develop some additional work for this organization which will also financially benefit this company and this opportunity will also develop my skill as well. This mindset will make me stable for every organization where I worked”.

Bonus Tips

If the interviewer will ask any kind of question which is not related to your skill knowledge for your responsible area then you don’t say no always remember the negative reply will always impact a negative result so you can respond smartly instead of saying no.
For example, if the interviewer will ask do you have knowledge of other CAD software then if you don’t have knowledge of such software then you can say  “currently I want to learn this software but I am not perfect at this time but in the future, if the company will support me then definitely I will get these skill and will also give output to company.”
So I hope these five important questions will help a lot and you can understand what kind of answer you need to reply to the interviewer and do remember don’t hesitate or feel low in front of the interviewer be confident and reply smartly all the best for your future job.
