VIA: Visually Impaired Advancement has a strong Workforce Development program that supports both employers and employees. We prepare students who are blind or visually impaired with the necessary skills for success in their desired occupation. VIA staff provides support services for employers and employees, including onboarding, job coaches, continued guidance, and feedback.
