1. Tata Nexon
The Tata Nexon compact SUV posted strong growth of 127 percent with sales of 14,614 units in May 2022 compared to 6,439 sales in the same period last year. Interestingly, the Nexon also emerged as the second best-selling model in the country, ahead of the Maruti Suzuki Swift and Baleno last month. In addition to the regular model, Tata is also seeing significant sales growth for the Nexon EV.
2. Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza
The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza was sold at a significant margin by Tata Nexon last month. Maruti Suzuki sold 10,312 units of the Vitara Brezza in May 2022, compared to 2,648 units sold in the same period last year, a phenomenal growth of 289 percent. 3. Tata’s Punch
Here is another Tata model on the bestseller list. The Punch subcompact SUV recorded 10,241 units sold in May 2022, making it the third best-selling compact SUV over the past month.
